Schedule a time:
Choose a convenient date & time to schedule a virtual visit for patients age 8+.

Register:
You’ll receive a link to register online (where we will collect your insurance, pharmacy, and other information.)

We will contact you:
Prior to your video visit, we will contact you to finalize information and send you a link for your video conference. Patients under age 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during the entire visit.

Start your virtual visit:
One of our medical providers will discuss your condition with you in detail. Should you need labs, x-rays or other care, you will be scheduled at one of our 9 urgent care centers.

We will send in any prescriptions:
Following the appointment, we will call in any prescriptions needed and send you a recap of your visit with medical notes.

- All-Terrain Vehicle (ATV) or Motor Vehicle Accident (MVC)
- Chest Pain
- Chronic Pain Treatment
- Cuts/Lacerations Needing Stitches, Suture Removal or Wound Care Beyond First Aidt
- Emergent Symptoms (Chest Pain, Shortness of Breath, Anaphylaxis, Choking, Altered Level of Consciousness)
- Issues Needing X-rays
- Issues Requiring Labs
- Narcotic/Controlled Substance Renewal/Prescription
- New/Unstable Psychiatric Conditions
- Pelvic/Genital/Rectal/Breast Exams
- Physicals or Sport Physicals
- Prescriptions Over One Month (30 Days)
- STD/STI Screenings
- Suturing or Other Procedures
- Trauma/Physical Abuse/Sexual Abuse Treatment
- UTI Symptoms (Male)
- UTI Symptoms (Female under age 18 or 45+ years old)
- Workers Compensation or Occupational Health visits
*May require an in-clinic evaluation at the discretion of the evaluating provider

Based on your Telehealth visit, our medical staff may determine that you need labs or to be seen in person. If so, we will make every effort to schedule you same-day at a nearby clinic.
