Age
Care for patients under age 8 or UTIs care for women over 45 or under 18.
Injuries
Care for ATV or car accidents, large cuts/lacerations that may require stitches, or injuries that require X-rays.
Exams
We cannot provide physical exams such as: physicals, sport physicals, pelvic, genital, rectal, or breast exams, STD/STI screenings, evaluation of UTI symptoms in males, or issues requiring lab testing through telehealth.
Emergent Symptoms
If you have chest pain, Shortness of Breath, Anaphylaxis, Choking, Altered Level of Consciousness, Abdominal Pain (Moderate or Severe) please seek help immediately or call 911.
Psychiatric
New/Unstable Psychiatric Conditions including Trauma/Physical Abuse/Sexual Abuse Treatment
Prescriptions
We don’t provide prescriptions for narcotic and controlled substance renewals or prescriptions, withdrawal treatment, management of prescriptions lasting over 30 days, and chronic pain treatment via Telehealth.

Fast, on-time service!
It was a very good visit and the staff was wonderful.
Extremely good 👍
Was able to check in receive service speak with PA and leave in less then a hour. Everyone was professional and polite.
Everyone was so welcoming, professional, and expedient. Such a friendly and down to earth staff. I really appreciate how thorough they were. Hopefully I will be on the mend soon with all of the help they provided.
The doctor was very thorough and tested my daughter for everything possible when she came not feeling well- I highly recommend
