Age
Care for patients under age 8 or UTIs care for women over 45 or under 18.
Injuries
Care for ATV or car accidents, large cuts/lacerations that may require stitches, or injuries that require X-rays.
Exams
We cannot provide physical exams such as: physicals, sport physicals, pelvic, genital, rectal, or breast exams, STD/STI screenings, evaluation of UTI symptoms in males, or issues requiring lab testing through telehealth.
Emergent Symptoms
If you have chest pain, Shortness of Breath, Anaphylaxis, Choking, Altered Level of Consciousness, Abdominal Pain (Moderate or Severe) please seek help immediately or call 911.

New/Unstable Psychiatric Conditions including Trauma/Physical Abuse/Sexual Abuse Treatment
Prescriptions
We don’t provide prescriptions for narcotic and controlled substance renewals or prescriptions, withdrawal treatment, management of prescriptions lasting over 30 days, and chronic pain treatment via Telehealth.

I have been here a few times and it has been a great experience every time. Fast, professional and clean facility.
Very professional and courteous. Didn't have to wait long at all to be seen. The PA had such a great bedside manner. Excellent experience!
I had the privilege of seeing Lee Cassels and once again he was top notch. He knows his stuff! The nurse was great too! The receptionist, not so much; I think he hates his job, or people. Very clean and calm facility.
Lydia at the front desk is amazing!!!! She is so kind and willing to help everyone!! The nurse was sweet and efficient!! Provide was knowledgeable and will to spend time with you and listen to everything going on. Great place!!!

Very happy with my visit here. Being from out of town and sick, Lea and Amber were so helpful and caring. You could tell they truly cared about helping you and making sure you were informed of everything before you leave.
