TelehealthPlease confirm that you don’t need any of the following:
Age
Care for patients under age 8 or UTIs care for women over 45 or under 18.
Injuries
Care for ATV or car accidents, large cuts/lacerations that may require stitches, or injuries that require X-rays.
Exams
We cannot provide physical exams such as: physicals, sport physicals, pelvic, genital, rectal, or breast exams, STD/STI screenings, evaluation of UTI symptoms in males, or issues requiring lab testing through telehealth.
Emergent Symptoms
If you have chest pain, Shortness of Breath, Anaphylaxis, Choking, Altered Level of Consciousness, Abdominal Pain (Moderate or Severe) please seek help immediately or call 911.
Psychiatric
New/Unstable Psychiatric Conditions including Trauma/Physical Abuse/Sexual Abuse Treatment
Prescriptions
We don’t provide prescriptions for narcotic and controlled substance renewals or prescriptions, withdrawal treatment, management of prescriptions lasting over 30 days, and chronic pain treatment via Telehealth.

The Staff and Doctor were very professional.
Good and prompt service
Very satisfied with my first visit to this clinic. The desk attendant was very helpful in assisting with check in and the nurse provided excellent care for my medical issue.
Dajanae I hope I’m spelling her name right but she was really good and attentive. She helped me over the phone first when I was frustrated about if they actually do Coast Guard physicals and drug test but they end up doing it. She is very knowledgeable if she told me the difference between a nurse practitioner and a medical doctor thank you guys have patience first for helping me out and being a very attentive and I will be back if I need to. I definitely recommend going.
