We cannot provide physical exams such as: physicals, sport physicals, pelvic, genital, rectal, or breast exams, STD/STI screenings, evaluation of UTI symptoms in males, or issues requiring lab testing through telehealth.

If you have chest pain, Shortness of Breath, Anaphylaxis, Choking, Altered Level of Consciousness, Abdominal Pain (Moderate or Severe) please seek help immediately or call 911.

Prescriptions
We don’t provide prescriptions for narcotic and controlled substance renewals or prescriptions, withdrawal treatment, management of prescriptions lasting over 30 days, and chronic pain treatment via Telehealth.

I was able to get a prompt appointment time. The receptionist was friendly and welcoming. The intake MA was thorough, personable and communicated very well. The practitioner that treated me was a NP student. She was personable, thorough and took the time to listen to the progress of my condition wit… I was able to get a prompt appointment time.
